The quoted rate is inclusive of accommodation, continental or cooked breakfast, pre-dinner hors d'oeuvres, complimentary mini-bar including domestic beers (excludes liquor and wine), gourmet 3-course dinner and use of all Lodge facilities excluding golf. During cocktail hour and dinner, gentlemen are required to wear a jacket (jackets are available upon request), and we ask you to respect the non-smoking policy within the Lodge and guest rooms.

Rates are per person per night (excludes Owners Cottage). All rates quoted in New Zealand dollars and exclude 12.5% Government Goods & Service Tax. Two night minimum stay applies over the high season (15 December - 31 March). A Holiday Season surcharge of $200.00 per person per night applies to guests staying December 23 - January 5. Ratessubject to change.

Cancellation Policy for 4 rooms or less

Outside 90 days before arrival	No charge
90 - 31 days	$250.00 transaction fee
30 - 14 days	Charge one night
Less than 14 days	Charge for every room night booked

Cancellation Policy for Festive Season, applies 23 December - 5 January

90 - 60 days	Charge one night per room booked
Less than 60 days	Charge for every room night booked

Cancellation Policy for groups (5 rooms or more)

Outside 90 days before arrival	No charge
90 - 61 days	25% of the total rooms nights cancelled
60 - 31 days	50% of the total room nights cancelled
30 - 7 days	75% of the total room nights cancelled
Less than 7 days	100% of the total room nights cancelled

We encourage all valued guests to take travel insurance in the event that circumstances outside of their control cause cancellation of their booking and thus incur a cancellation fee. No group bookings or more than 12 rooms will be taken between December 15 and March 15.

CHILDREN:

Infants and children under the age of 5 are free of charge when occupying adult rooms using existing bedding. Cribs are available and are complimentary for children up to the age of 2. Additional beds can be arranged for Ridge and Lodge Suites only, and a charge will apply. Alternate dining arrangements will be made for all children under the age of 12. Guests are encouraged to make use of our Hilltop Rooms when traveling with older children (Hilltop Rooms must be booked in conjunction with Hilltop Suites).
