Low season: May 1, to September 30, 2008: NZ$10,390.00 per room for 3 nights

Shoulder season: October 1, 2008 to December 14, 2008 NZ$11,740.00 per room for 3 nights

High season: December 15, 2008 to March 31, 2009: NZ$13,295.00 per room for 3 nights
